Best Chocolate Cake You Ever Ate


Don't tell them it is vegan and just wait for them to beg for the recipe!

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar

1.5 cups all purpose flower

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup canola oil

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup cold water

1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees and use a vegan cooking spray to cover baking pan. Mix all dry ingredients in mixing owl and then add wet, adding vinegar last stirring rapidly. Pour into your cake pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes. (Until toothpick comes out clean). This moist cake is delightful with a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top, covered in icing or just as is.
